To cut the plate into two parts, a center line marking has been done in the middle which is given red color.
The cut back dimension will be marked on both sides from this red center line for cutting from the middle.

If you mark a center line in the middle of the plate, it will be at a 90 degree position.
The center line marked with degrees is 30 degrees if you move from top to bottom.
If you look at the center line with the same degree from bottom to top, it comes in 60 degrees.
