इस तरह का एल्बो कहां पर यूज किया जाता है

हवा का लाइन हो या फिर एयर कंडीशन का लाइन है उसके लिए इस तरह का डक्ट एल्बो लाइन बनाया जाता है

स्क्वायर पाइप लाइन को एक दिशा से दूसरे दिशा में मोड़ने के लिए यूज किया जाता है डक्ट एल्बो

Where is this type of elbow used

This type of duct elbow line is made for air line or air condition line.

Duct elbow is used to bend a square pipe line from one direction to another

एल्बो की डाइमेंशन ऊंचाई  400 और चौड़ाई 600

Elbow square dimension height 400 and width 600

बाहर साइड रेडियस प्लेट PL – 1

अंदर साइड रेडियस प्लेट PL – 2

बीच का रेडियस प्लेट दोनों साइड PL – 3

Outside Side Radius Plate PL – 1

Inside Side Radius Plate PL – 2

Center Radius Plate Both Side PL – 3

इस तरह का डक्ट एल्बो बनाने की विधि

एल्बो सेंटर या रेडियस कह  सकते हैं  हमें रेडियस पता होना चाहिए

बीच का रेडियस प्लेट दोनों साइड PL – 3  लेआउट मार्किंग

जैसे 450 MM रेडियस दिया गया हैं

एल्बो OD 400 ÷ 2 = 200

450 + 200 = 650 mm रेडियस

450 – 200 = 250 mm रेडियस

इस तरह लेआउट मार्किंग करेंगे और प्लेट को कटिंग करें

In this way layout marking will be done and plate cutting will be done.

अब प्लेट PL – 1 और  PL – 2  मार्किंग करेंगे

आउटसाइड रेडियस मार्किंग करने के लिए

Now plate PL – 1 and PL – 2 will be marked

For outside radius marking

650 mm रेडियस लेना है

650 × 2 = ( 1300 × 3.142 = 4084.6 × 90° ) ÷ 360° = 1021 MM

अंदर साइड रेडियस प्लेट PL – 2  मार्किंग करेंगे

Inside side radius plate PL – 2 will be marked

250 mm रेडियस लेना है

250 × 2 = ( 500 × 3.142 = 1571 × 90° ) ÷ 360° = 392.7 MM

इस तरीके से प्लेट ऊपर लेआउट मार्किंग करेंगे  जिस तरह डिजाइन में दिया गया है

एल्बो की चौड़ाई  PL – 1  600 दिया गया हैं  और लंबाई   1021 MM

एल्बो की चौड़ाई  PL – 2  600 दिया गया हैं  और लंबाई   392.8 MM

In this way the layout marking will be done on the plate as given in the design

The width of the elbow is given as PL – 1 600 and the length is 1021 MM.
