Pipe OD × 2 = रिड्यूसर पाइप लेंथ  L

Pipe OD × 1.25 = रिड्यूसर मार्किंग लेंथ  C

10″ pipe OD 273 × 2 = 546 mm reducer pipe length 

10″ pipe OD 273 × 1.25 = 341 mm reducer marking length 

341 एमएम पर एक ग्राउंड मार्किंग करें और उसके बाद 8 सेंटर लाइन मार्किंग करें और जो कट बैक डायमेंशन दिया गया है वह मार्किंग करें

Make a ground marking at 341 mm followed by 8 center line marking and mark the cut back dimension as given

Big bore pipe CF – Small bore pipe CF 

EXAMPLE  10″ × 6″ कॉन्सन्ट्रिक रिड्यूसर 8 सेंटर लाइन 

Concentric Reducer 8 Center Line

Big bore CF 857.8 – 528.6 = 329.6 MM

329.6 ÷ 8 Center line = 41.15 MM

41.15 ÷ 2 = 20.5 MM Cut  ( A )
