You will have to make a jugaad of C channel like this
After making C Channel Jugaad, keep the elbows in vertical position.
And install all four side cleats by placing a gap rod between the elbow and the flange.
Make the ID of elbow and ID of flange equal on all four sides and then
And place two right angles as given in the design.
Place one in the face of the right angle elbow and one in the two holes of the right angle flange at the corner as given in the design.
